Radera ditt konto i Skutt

Skutt är en app av Alija Sirbic. Här står hur du raderar ditt konto och vad som händer med dina uppgifter.

I appen

Öppna Skutt och tryck på kontoknappen.
Tryck på Kontoinställningar.
Tryck på Radera konto och bekräfta.

Kontot raderas direkt. Ber appen dig logga in igen först är det för att vara säker på att det är du som raderar: logga in och tryck på Radera konto en gång till.

Utan appen

Skicka ett mejl till alijasirbic@gmail.com från adressen du loggade in med och skriv "Radera mitt Skutt-konto". Vi raderar kontot inom 30 dagar och svarar när det är gjort.

Radera enskilda uppgifter, utan att radera kontot

Du kan ta bort det du lagt in i appen ett i taget och behålla kontot:

- Sparade platser: tryck på hjärtat i platskortet igen.
- Besökta platser: tryck på bocken i platskortet igen.
- Betyg och kommentarer: öppna platsen, gå till ditt betyg och tryck Ta bort.
- Anslag: öppna platsen, gå till ditt anslag och tryck Ta bort.
- Förslag som inte har publicerats: Konto → Mina bidrag →
välj förslaget → Ta bort.

Vill du att något annat raderas, till exempel ett meddelande du skickat genom “Tyck till om Skutt”, mejla alijasirbic@gmail.com och skriv vad det gäller. Vi raderar det inom 30 dagar och svarar när det är gjort.

Betyg, kommentarer och anslag du skrivit
Förslag på nya platser och ändringar som inte har publicerats, med bilder och film
Meddelanden du skickat genom "Tyck till om Skutt" när du var inloggad
Kopplingen mellan ditt konto och din prenumeration

Ingenting sparas i en kopia efteråt.

Det här finns kvar

Platser som har publicerats på kartan, med deras bilder. De beskriver en lekplats eller ett bad och inte dig, och efter raderingen finns ingen koppling mellan dem och dig.
Anmälningar du gjort av andras anslag. De behövs för att granskningen ska bli rätt, och bär ingen koppling till ett konto efteråt.
Statistik och kraschrapporter. De var aldrig kopplade till ditt konto, och går inte att koppla till dig.
Meddelanden i "Tyck till om Skutt" som skickades utan inloggning. De går inte att koppla till ditt konto. Vill du att ett sådant meddelande raderas, mejla oss.

Prenumerationen avslutas inte

Har du Skutt Pro fortsätter prenumerationen tills du avslutar den hos Google Play eller App Store, även om kontot raderas. Avsluta den i Google Play under Betalningar och prenumerationer → Prenumerationer, eller på iPhone under Inställningar → ditt namn → Prenumerationer.

Skutt is an app by Alija Sirbic. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

In the app

Open Skutt and tap the account button.
Tap Account settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. If the app asks you to sign in again first, that's to make sure it's really you: sign in and tap Delete account once more.

Without the app

Email alijasirbic@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and write "Delete my Skutt account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

Delete individual data, without deleting your account
You can remove what you've added in the app one item at a time and keep your account:

Saved places: tap the heart on the place card again.
Visited places: tap the checkmark on the place card again.
Ratings and comments: open the place, go to your rating and tap Remove.
Notices: open the place, go to your notice and tap Remove.
Suggestions that haven't been published: Account → My contributions → choose the suggestion → Remove.

If you want anything else deleted, such as a message you sent through "Share your thoughts on Skutt", email alijasirbic@gmail.com and say what it is. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, with your name and email address
Your saved and visited places
Ratings, comments and notices you wrote
Suggestions for new places and edits that haven't been published, with photos and video
Messages you sent through "Share your thoughts on Skutt" while signed in
The link between your account and your subscription

Nothing is kept in a copy afterwards.

What remains

Places published on the map, with their photos. They describe a playground or a beach, not you, and after deletion nothing links them to you.
Reports you made about other people's notices. They keep moderation accurate, and carry no link to an account afterwards.
Statistics and crash reports. They were never linked to your account and can't be linked to you.
Messages sent through "Share your thoughts on Skutt" without signing in. They can't be linked to your account. Email us if you want one deleted.

Your subscription is not cancelled

If you have Skutt Pro, the subscription continues until you cancel it with Google Play or the App Store, even if the account is deleted. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or on iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
