Skutt: villkor och integritetspolicy (Svenska)

Skutt är en app av Alija Sirbic som visar lekplatser, bad, museer och andra platser för barn och familjer i Malmö. Sidan gäller Skutt. Frågor skickas till alijasirbic@gmail.com.

Utan konto

Kartan, listorna och Utforska fungerar utan konto. Appen hanterar då följande:

Din position, om du ger appen tillåtelse. Den används för att visa vad som finns nära dig och hur långt det är dit. Ett ungefärligt område skickas till vår databas för att hämta platserna runt dig, och din position skickas till Google när en vägbeskrivning räknas ut. Positionen sparas inte, varken hos oss eller kopplad till dig. Du kan neka eller ta tillbaka tillåtelsen när som helst, och appen fungerar ändå.
Statistik över hur appen används, genom Google Analytics for Firebase: vilka delar av appen som öppnas, när erbjudandet om Skutt Pro visas och om ett köp görs. Statistiken bär ett slumpat id för installationen och ett ungefärligt område som Google räknar ut från IP-adressen. Den är inte kopplad till ditt konto, och appen läser aldrig din telefons reklamidentitet.
Kraschrapporter, genom Firebase Crashlytics: vad appen gjorde när den kraschade, och telefonens modell och systemversion. De är inte kopplade till ditt konto.
Det du skriver i "Tyck till om Skutt", och en e-postadress om du väljer att lämna en så att vi kan svara.

Vi använder ingen reklam och spårar dig inte mellan appar eller webbplatser.

Med konto

Du loggar in med Apple eller Google. Vi får då ditt namn och din e-postadress, så som du valt att dela dem, och kontot får ett användar-id. Med kontot sparas:

Platser du sparat eller bockat av som besökta.
Betyg och kommentarer. De visas för andra användare tillsammans med namnet på ditt konto. Har du inte delat ditt namn visas du som "En förälder".
Anslag på platser. De visas med ditt förnamn eller som "En förälder", som du väljer.
Förslag på nya platser och ändringar, med text, bilder, film och platsens läge. Ett förslag granskas innan det publiceras. Publiceras det blir innehållet en del av platsen på kartan, utan ditt namn.
Meddelanden i "Tyck till om Skutt" som du skickar när du är inloggad.

Skutt Pro

Prenumerationen köps genom App Store eller Google Play, som hanterar betalningen. Vi får aldrig dina kortuppgifter. För att din prenumeration ska gälla på alla dina telefoner tar vår server emot köpets kvitto från butiken, kontrollerar det hos Apple eller Google och sparar vad prenumerationen gäller och hur länge, kopplat till ditt konto. Prenumerationen sägs upp i butiken, inte i appen.

Villkor för Skutt Pro

Skutt Pro är en prenumeration som förnyas automatiskt, per månad eller per år, tills du säger upp den. Priset står i appen innan du köper.
Erbjuds ett gratisprov dras betalningen först när provet är slut, om du inte har sagt upp prenumerationen dessförinnan.
Betalningen dras från ditt Apple-ID eller ditt Google-konto när köpet bekräftas, och vid varje förnyelse. Prenumerationen förnyas om du inte säger upp den minst 24 timmar innan perioden tar slut.
Du säger upp prenumerationen i App Store (Inställningar → ditt namn → Prenumerationer) eller i Google Play (Betalningar och prenumerationer → Prenumerationer). Du har tillgång till Skutt Pro perioden ut.
Återbetalning hanteras av Apple eller Google, enligt deras villkor.
Köp genom App Store gäller dessutom under Apples standardvillkor för appar, Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Innehållet i appen, som platser, öppettider och beskrivningar, är sammanställt efter bästa förmåga men kan vara fel eller inaktuellt. Kontrollera gärna med platsen innan ni går dit.

Varför, och med vilken rätt

Kontot, det du sparar, dina bidrag och prenumerationen behandlas för att appen ska kunna göra det du använder den till (avtal).
Statistik och kraschrapporter behandlas för att vi ska kunna laga fel och förstå vad som fungerar (berättigat intresse). De är inte kopplade till dig.
Din position används bara med din tillåtelse (samtycke), som du kan ta tillbaka i telefonens inställningar.

Var uppgifterna finns

Uppgifterna lagras hos Google Firebase. Databasen och servern som hanterar köp och radering finns inom EU. Google Analytics och Crashlytics kan behandla uppgifter även utanför EU, bland annat i USA, med EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler som skydd. Google behandlar uppgifterna för vår räkning och får inte använda dem för egna syften.

Hur länge

Det som hör till ditt konto sparas tills du tar bort det eller raderar kontot. Kraschrapporter sparas i 90 dagar. Statistik sparas enligt inställningen i Google Analytics, som längst 14 månader.

Radera

Du kan radera ditt konto i appen under Konto → Kontoinställningar → Radera konto, och ta bort enskilda uppgifter utan att radera kontot. Allt om hur, och vad som raderas och vad som finns kvar, står på Radera konto.

Skutt: terms and privacy policy (In English )

Skutt is an app by Alija Sirbic that shows playgrounds, beaches, museums and other places for children and families in Malmö. This page applies to Skutt. Questions go to alijasirbic@gmail.com.

Effective from 27 October 2026.

Without an account

The map, the lists and Explore work without an account. The app then handles:

Your location, if you allow it. It's used to show what's near you and how far away it is. An approximate area is sent to our database to fetch the places around you, and your location is sent to Google when directions are calculated. Your location is not stored, neither by us nor linked to you. You can deny or withdraw permission at any time, and the app still works.
Statistics about how the app is used, through Google Analytics for Firebase: which parts of the app are opened, when the Skutt Pro offer is shown and whether a purchase is made. The statistics carry a random ID for the installation and an approximate area that Google derives from the IP address. They aren't linked to your account, and the app never reads your phone's advertising identifier.
Crash reports, through Firebase Crashlytics: what the app was doing when it crashed, and the phone's model and system version. They aren't linked to your account.
What you write in "Share your thoughts on Skutt", and an email address if you choose to leave one so that we can reply.

We don't show ads and don't track you across apps or websites.

With an account

You sign in with Apple or Google. We then receive your name and email address, as you've chosen to share them, and the account gets a user ID. With an account, the app stores:

Places you've saved or marked as visited.
Ratings and comments. They're shown to other users with your account's name. If you haven't shared your name, you're shown as "A parent".
Notices on places. They're shown with your first name or as "A parent", as you choose.
Suggestions for new places and edits, with text, photos, video and the place's location. A suggestion is reviewed before it's published. Once published, its content becomes part of the place on the map, without your name.
Messages in "Share your thoughts on Skutt" that you send while signed in.

Skutt Pro

The subscription is bought through the App Store or Google Play, which handle the payment. We never receive your card details. So that your subscription works on all your phones, our server receives the purchase receipt from the store, verifies it with Apple or Google and stores what the subscription covers and for how long, linked to your account. The subscription is cancelled in the store, not in the app.

Skutt Pro terms

Skutt Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
If a free trial is offered, you're only charged when the trial ends, unless you've cancelled before then.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase, and at each renewal. The subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
You cancel the subscription in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). You keep Skutt Pro until the end of the period.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their terms.
Purchases through the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard terms for apps, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The content of the app, such as places, opening hours and descriptions, is compiled to the best of our ability but may be wrong or out of date. Check with the place before you go.

Why, and on what basis

Your account, what you save, your contributions and your subscription are processed so that the app can do what you use it for (contract).
Statistics and crash reports are processed so that we can fix problems and understand what works (legitimate interest). They aren't linked to you.
Your location is only used with your permission (consent), which you can withdraw in your phone's settings.

Where the data is

The data is stored with Google Firebase. The database and the server that handles purchases and deletion are in the EU. Google Analytics and Crashlytics may also process data outside the EU, including in the United States, protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Google processes the data on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes.

How long

What belongs to your account is kept until you remove it or delete your account. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. Statistics are kept according to the Google Analytics setting, for at most 14 months.

Deletion

You can delete your account in the app under Account → Account settings → Delete account, and remove individual data without deleting your account. How, and what is deleted and what remains, is described on Delete account.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have errors corrected, to have it deleted and to object to how it's used. Write to alijasirbic@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
